Receive your credentials
After the contract is activated, the Guardline team sends the access credentials. This package includes the admin panel URL and the initial administrator user. From that user, new users can be created according to the permission structure of your operation.

Access the admin panel
The admin panel is the web interface where all contracted modules are configured. You can create and edit onboarding journeys (ONP), define rules in the decision engine (FPP), organize queues and approval authority levels on the case desk (CMP), and manage users and permissions. Each module appears in the panel according to the scope of the contract.

Get to know the sandbox environment
The sandbox is an isolated environment that reproduces the production configuration with synthetic data. It is available after the contract is activated and is used to validate configurations, test flows, and prepare the integration before operating with real data.

Understand the integration
The connection between your internal systems (core banking, ERP, CRM) and Guardline happens through the REST API. The integration documentation describes the concepts, the communication flows, and the authentication model. The sandbox lets you test this communication before going to production.
