User Manual
About this manual
Section titled “About this manual”This manual describes the Onboarding Platform (ONP) admin panel screen by screen, with step-by-step instructions for everyday tasks and an explanation of each feature. It covers how the institution’s team uses the tool, not the journey the end customer goes through.
The content is organised in two parts, because the audience differs. The operation part serves compliance analysts and operators who follow and analyse cases. The administration part serves whoever configures the platform: flows, the risk ruler, users and integrations.
How the manual is organised
Section titled “How the manual is organised”| Part | Chapter | What it covers |
|---|---|---|

| Operation | Dashboard screen | Volume, conversion, time and risk indicators |
| Operation | Case detail | Individual analysis of one process |
| Administration | Customers screen | Records of individuals and companies |
| Administration | Flow Builder | Configuration of the onboarding journeys |
| Administration | Risk Matrix | Automatic decision ruler |
| Administration | Users screen | Access to the panel |
| Administration | Settings screen | Account, security, integrations and audit |
Each chapter stands on its own. You can read only the one for the screen you are working on, without going through the earlier ones.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”Three facts head off most of the early questions.
The panel was designed for a computer. In windows narrower than 700 pixels the side menu is not shown, and some screens carry wide tables that do not adapt well. Use a computer or a tablet in landscape. The end customer’s journey, which is the other end of the product, is the part optimised for phones.
What you see depends on your access profile. If a screen described in this manual does not appear in your menu, the reason is the profile assigned to your user, not a system fault. The access and navigation chapter details the available profiles.
Screens do not refresh on their own. Where a Refresh button exists, use it to fetch new data. Elsewhere, reload the page in the browser.
About the screenshots
Section titled “About the screenshots”The images in this manual were taken in a test environment. Areas that carried personal data, institution identification or email addresses appear redacted, which explains the grey blocks in some tables. The interface elements described in the text remain visible.
Your instance may look different in detail, since colours, logo and the set of flows are configurable per institution.
Screen names in the panel
Section titled “Screen names in the panel”The panel ships in Portuguese and in Spanish, and the institution’s instance decides which language its users see. This manual uses English names. The table below maps them to the labels actually on screen.
| In this manual | Portuguese label | Spanish label |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboard | Dashboard | Panel |
| Onboarding | Onboarding | Onboarding |
| Flow Builder | Flow Builder | Constructor de Flujos |
| Customers | Clientes | Clientes |
| Risk Matrix | Matriz de Risco | Matriz de Riesgo |
| Users | Usuários | Usuarios |
| Settings | Configurações | Configuración |
| Sign out | Sair | Salir |
There is no English interface: whoever reads the English version of this manual will see the screen in Portuguese or in Spanish, depending on the instance.
Terminology
Section titled “Terminology”Some terms appear in every chapter and are worth fixing from the start.
