Access and navigation

The admin panel is reached at the institution’s instance address, in the form https://{client}.onp.guardline.com.br/admin. Each institution has its own independent instance, with isolated data: information from one instance never shows up in another.

To sign in, open the panel address in the browser. You are redirected to the corporate authentication screen, where you enter email and password. Once authentication completes, the browser returns to the panel already signed in, on the Dashboard screen.

When the session expires while you are working, the system sends you back to the authentication screen. Just authenticate again and pick up where you left off, with no data lost.

There is no sign-up on the entry screen. New users are created by an administrator on the Users screen.

There are four profiles. The profile determines which items appear in the side menu and what the user can do.

ProfileReach
AdministratorEvery screen, including Flow Builder, Risk Matrix, Users and Settings
SupervisorThe same reach as the Administrator
AnalystDashboard, Onboarding with case detail, Reports and Customers, the last one for reading only
Read-onlyDashboard and Onboarding, for reading only

A profile that is not on this list gets access to no screen at all.

If an item described in this manual does not appear in your menu, the reason is the profile assigned to your user. Ask the instance administrator to change it.

The left-hand bar is fixed and follows the user across every screen. From top to bottom it carries the platform identification, the navigation between screens, the card of the signed-in user, the theme selector and the sign-out button. The item for the current screen is highlighted.

Case detail has no menu item of its own: you reach it by clicking a row on the Onboarding screen.

The selector at the foot of the menu switches between the Dark and Light themes. The choice is stored in your browser, holds for the next visits and is individual: it does not affect the institution’s other users.

The system reports the outcome of actions through notices that appear in the corner of the screen and disappear after a few seconds. Green notices confirm the action completed; red notices report a failure. None of them requires acknowledgement, so if you miss the message, simply repeat the action.

The Sign out button, at the foot of the side menu, ends the session immediately and returns the user to the authentication screen. Use it whenever you work on a shared computer, since the panel displays customers’ personal data.
